Timetable
1. A necessary coastal protection zone and infrastructure will be created to protect the development site and to grant access to it.
2. Site works and vegetation in public areas to be carried out in an early stage. This includes the coastline and the mitigation zone towards the WWTW. This will not only give the trees time to reach an attractive size, but also help to make the whole area appear more attractive.
3. Development of individual dunes. The phasing strategy starts in the central areas along the access road and work outwards from there. This will allow for some of the more attractive areas to come into play quickly and establish a density at an early stage. Construction access can happen from the outer sides.
