Area B

Area B is a dense mix use city centre comprising of housing, office and cultural buildings, spa and hotel facilities as well as shopping and market possibilities. Area B will provide high quality public space and services for the entire Ecobay master plan and surrounding area.

The main attractions in area B will be by pedestrian streets reaching from the entrance to Ecobay until the beach.

The coastal protection zone in area B will have a more urban character with a sharply defined edge between the water and the land.

BULDING

As the most urban and dense area of the development, a larger diversity is permissible for the buildings. Generally natural exposed surfaces will be used that over times acquire a natural look and become one with the surroundings. Wall surfaces will be covered with timber or sheet metals, such as aluminium, comer or zinc.
